PICO National Network is a network of affiliated community organizations in 18 states, including Michigan, as well as countries in Central America and East Africa. This grant will enable the network to expand its reach, develop grassroots leaders, recruit and train organizers, and increase the civic participation of low-income community residents in order to attack root causes of poverty.
