This renewal grant provides support to the Prima Civitas Foundation as it embarks on an expanded mission to assist the entire state of Michigan. Founded in 2006, the grantee's first five years were focused on economic development and provision of technical assistance to local units of government throughout mid-Michigan. The strategic plan for the next five years includes an expansion of services statewide and enhanced services in mid-Michigan.
