Auburn University seeks to develop a statewide afterschool network to better address the needs of children, youth, and families during afterschool hours in Alabama. To improve the quality and availability of afterschool programs in Alabama, Auburn University's Truman Pierce Institute at the College of Education will create a network of youth-serving organizations, state agencies, and other key stakeholders, including the Alabama Community Education Association.
