Freshwater Future is a regional environmental organization that supports community-based groups working locally to protect the Great Lakes watershed. This grant increase will support the general purposes of the organization, which includes efforts to increase grassroots engagement in freshwater policy conversations in Wisconsin. The organization will also contract with regional experts to inform state-level policy reform discussions and build public support for protecting the health of Lake Superior.
