The National Alliance for the Development of Community Advice Offices (NADCAO), hosted by the Black Sash Trust, is a network of South African organizations providing hands-on legal advice and other social services to poor and marginalized communities. NADCAO is supported by a grant from the C.S. Mott Foundation.
