Mott Foundation adds program assistant

Megan Russell
FLINT, Mich. – Megan Russell of Birmingham, Mich., has joined the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation as a Program Assistant on the Pathways Out of Poverty grantmaking team. She will work on the Learning Beyond the Classroom portfolio within the Improving Community Education program area.

Russell previously managed youth programs at HandsOn Battle Creek and has been an adjunct faculty member at Kellogg Community College. In addition, she has been active in a variety of other community organizations.

She holds a master’s degree in public administration from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Albion College.
