This grant to Harvard University will support the Harvard Family Research Project in its efforts to evaluate the Mott-funded statewide afterschool networks, a multistate effort to further the policies and practices necessary to develop and sustain quality afterschool programs. Mott has supported the statewide afterschool networks since 2002. Deliverables for the project include: 1) self-assessment tools for the statewide afterschool networks; 2) technical assistance to the networks to support this effort; and 3) an evaluation on the effectiveness of the overall statewide afterschool initiative.
