This renewal grant to the Aspen Institute will support a three-year demonstration to evaluate the most promising workforce training partnerships between community-based organizations and community colleges in a range of settings. The final research results will be synthesized in a publication that will lay out the key elements that are discovered about how such partnerships promote career advancement among low-income populations.
