This grant to the Aspen Institute will continue to support a demonstration that will provide in-depth experience with the most promising workforce training partnerships between community-based organizations and community colleges. The target of this pilot will be disadvantaged adults and the barriers they face in obtaining credit-based, postsecondary education that leads to career and economic advancement.
