This grant will provide microenterprise support to local downtown businesses through the development of a small business incubator and microlending program for downtown Flint. Local entrepreneurs will receive technical assistance and microloans to develop new and existing businesses. The program is one of several entrepreneurship programs administered by LAUNCH, formerly known as the Center for Entrepreneurship, a component of the University Outreach department at the University of Michigan-Flint.
