This grant will enable Metro Housing Partnership to acquire the necessary certification to become a Community Development Financial Institution by supplementing the funds provided by a technical assistance grant from the U.S. Department of Treasury. By obtaining certification, the grantee will fill the void created by the dissolution of the Community Capital Development Corporation and leverage significant federal dollars available for distressed and underserved urban communities.
