The National Transitional Jobs Network, a program of the Heartland Alliance for Human Needs & Human Rights, is a national coalition of organizations supporting the field of transitional employment. Over the past several years, the National Transitional Jobs Network has become a key leadership organization in the workforce development field with more than 120 dues-paying members representing government officials, policy advocates, workforce practitioners, funders, and community organizations. This renewal grant will support the program's services to the transitional employment field.
