The purpose of this grant is to identify the components needed to successfully replicate sector employment initiatives. Specifically, CSR, Incorporated intends to examine how variations among successful programs relate to the programs' effectiveness in achieving their outcomes. The goal is to identify the essential features of sector programs and under what circumstances they are most likely to succeed. The major product will be an implementation and replication guide that can be used by practitioners, policymakers, and funders to help inform new sector initiatives and strengthen existing efforts.
