This grant will support the Fourth of July Festival in downtown Flint. In cooperation with various local businesses and community nonprofits, the Flint Downtown Development Authority will offer a three-on-three basketball tournament, free carnival, and a fireworks display for area residents. The grantee's mission is to foster economic development in the city center through partnerships and collaborations.
