Mott provides partial support to the National Employment Law Project to bolster Flint's knowledge of how to piece together a rapid and effective response to severe job loss and economic dislocation. The purpose of this grant is to provide a dislocated worker program and other types of assistance available to help jobless workers. The program is very visible to dislocated workers in Flint because it is housed at Career Alliance.
