This grant will enable the Philadelphia Youth Network to continue to convene and support a citywide partnership aimed at addressing and raising the visibility of the dropout crisis. Through this project, the grantee has successfully led and convened the Philadelphia Youth Transitions Collaborative in developing programmatic interventions and advancing a policy agenda that strengthens districtwide efforts to improve outcomes for dropouts. During the next stage of this project, the grantee, via its role as convener of the Philadelphia Youth Transitions Collaborative, will deepen its work and identify ways to design, support, build, and sustain a portfolio of educational pathways and options that meet the demands and needs of dropouts.
