This general purpose grant will impact more than 267,000 workers through PHI's direct practice, and many more through its national policy research and advocacy efforts. This support will enable the grantee to expand its network of healthcare worker training programs. In addition, this grant will strengthen healthcare worker benefit advocacy in selected states and nationally. The grantee will also disseminate program outcomes from its Cooperative Healthcare Network and the promising practices that have resulted in increasing workers' productivity and benefits.
