As a member of Mott’s Human Resources staff, Aria Sanders is a familiar face around the office. A former certified nursing assistant, she worked in the healthcare field while earning her bachelor’s in business administration, with a concentration on human resources, at the University of Michigan-Flint. One of a set of triplets, the Flint-area native says the best things about being one of three sisters is that she’s never been the center of attention. The oldest — by one minute — of the three, she and her siblings have always been each other’s best friends. The family-oriented trio all share a fondness for animals, each sister the owner of two dogs. Sanders also spends as much of her free time as possible volunteering at local animal shelters. But she says she saves time for an occasional game of golf, too.
