About
Joumana Klanseck joined the Foundation’s Information Systems department in 1998 as a database administrator. In 2020, she was also named business intelligence — or BI — analyst to reflect her evolving role in data research, management and analysis. A graduate of the University of Michigan-Flint, she earned both a bachelor’s in computer science and a Master of Business Administration. Klanseck finds it “very rewarding” to work for the Mott Foundation, an organization “that does great work around the world and especially in the Flint community.”
