Kaitlyn C. Adler
Associate Program Officer
Kaitlyn Adler launched her career at the age of 14, helping with office management and accounting duties at her father’s businesses. A lifelong resident of mid-Michigan, she went on to earn two bachelor’s degrees — one in Accounting, the other in Business Management — from the University of Michigan-Flint, and a master’s degree in public administration with a focus on nonprofit management and leadership from the University of Southern California. Adler joined Mott in 2012, assisting with special projects and research to support the Foundation’s work. By 2014 she was participating in the grantmaking activities of Mott’s Flint Area Program and in January 2016 was named a program assistant. Adler leads a busy life outside of the Foundation, participating as a member of the Gen Forward Network, volunteering in the greater Flint community, taking dance classes and putting her skills with the Spanish language to good use.
