Kari M. Pardoe
Associate Program Officer
Kari Pardoe is an associate program officer working in the areas of afterschool, service and volunteerism. She arrived at Mott with substantial experience in the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors. Before joining the Michigan Nonprofit Association in 2006, she was manager of community relations at the Pistons Palace Foundation for Palace Sports and Entertainment. Pardoe also worked for the Council of Michigan Foundations and managed grant requests for the Isiah Thomas Foundation. A graduate of Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Pardoe earned a master’s in Public Administration in Nonprofit Administration from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. She serves as treasurer on the board of the Summit Academy Schools in Flat Rock, Michigan, as an advisor for her sorority Phi Sigma Sigma at Central Michigan University, and is a member of the Gen Forward Network of the Community Foundation of Greater Flint.
