About

LaToya Massey supports grant processing and special projects across the Mott Foundation’s Education program. She brings a unique, multi-sector perspective and enthusiasm for community service to the Education team. Before joining the Foundation, Massey worked in production with the Lear Corporation and as a business analyst with Diplomat Pharmacy. Earlier in her career, she helped the city of Flint coordinate water recovery efforts as an AmeriCorps VISTA member. Born and raised in Flint, she graduated from Flint Southwestern Academy. She earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration and technology studies from Eastern Michigan University. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, painting and visiting the theater.
