Lisa R. Maxwell
Administrative Assistant to the President / CEO and Board of Trustees
A former legal secretary and office manager, Lisa Maxwell worked for a local law practice for more than 20 years before joining the Foundation in 2003. In addition to supporting Mott’s president and CEO, she also serves as administrative assistant to the Board of Trustees. She is affectionately considered something of an air traffic controller by Foundation employees.
Maxwell attended Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant for two years. While working-full time, she completed her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management at Michigan’s Spring Arbor University. Married and the mother of three adult children, she also has two granddaughters. She and her husband are very active volunteers with their church, chaperoning youth mission trips and leading a youth worship arts ministry for middle and high school students.
