Sharon C. Armbruster

About

As a senior grants accountant at the Mott Foundation, Sharon Armbruster helps to ensure that grant recommendations comply with all legal and financial laws and procedures. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting at Lake Superior University, located in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, and has since put her taxation and management consulting skills to work in her home community of Genesee County. Married to her high school sweetheart and with their two children attending college, Armbruster spends her spare time collecting historical and unique cookbooks, traveling and exploring the great outdoors, especially the national parks. Her many volunteer activities reflect the appreciation she feels for the Mott family motto, “Let us be known by our deeds,” and she is excited to be part of the Foundation’s efforts to serve communities at home and around the world.
