About this grant
River Network has spent the last 22 years bringing together more than 5,000 freshwater organizations to enhance the protection and restoration of the nation’s rivers and waterways. With prior support, River Network has offered technical expertise, training opportunities, and small grant assistance to build the capacity of river and watershed organizations active at the state, regional, and major river basin level in the Great Lakes and southeastern United States. This grant renewal will allow River Network to continue these capacity building services in both the Great Lakes and southeastern United States.
