Partnership to Build Capacity in Small Nonprofits

About this grant

The Executive Service Corps of Chicago provides in-depth technical assistance focusing on marketing, governance and leadership development. Organizations eligible for support through this project must have substantial minority leadership, meet a critical social or human service need, have an annual operating budget under $2 million, be located in a disadvantaged neighborhood in the Chicago metropolitan area, and serve a primarily low-income racial or ethnic minority population.This grant will provide continued support to the Service Corps’ Partnership to Build Capacity in Small Nonprofits program. The goal of the program is to help make the organization’s consulting services accessible and affordable to five participating nonprofits in the Chicago area that are addressing needs of the poor in disadvantaged neighborhoods.
