U.S.-Europe Community Foundation Fellowships

This grant increase will support an external evaluation of the four-year old Transatlantic Community Foundation fellowship program. These fellowships allow senior staff and trustees from community foundations to learn from their peers by spending significant time observing and meeting with their counterparts across the Atlantic. The evaluation will examine issues such as fellow recruitment, placement and orientation and will be accomplished by employing several data sources, including e-mail questionnaires and telephone interviews.Additional funding will support the fifth year of a fellowship program, including fellows’’’’ travel, accommodation and meeting costs, and is linked to a planned reunion conference of all fellows over the past four years.
