About this grant

The Uruguayan Study Center of Appropriate Technologies is a regional research organization that analyzes the impacts of trade and integration policies on the environment in South America and disseminates its findings via Web sites, publications, and a variety of media outlets. This grant increase will support an exploration of the implications of Brazil’s role in South America from a sustainable development perspective, including its investments in energy and infrastructure across the region.
