Mainstreaming Environmental Sustainability in Global Financial Flows North-South

About this grant

The main goal of this project is to ensure that global financial flows contribute to internationally adopted principles that support and promote sustainable development. To achieve this goal, Mani Tese will focus on ensuring that Italian and European responsibilities in development finance continue to be an important element of Italian and European foreign policy; highlighting the connections between public-private investments, environmental sustainability, and human rights and the responsibilities of European governments; and emphasizing the need for encouraging participation, transparency, and accountability in the global investment agenda.
