About this grant

Since 1994, Southwest Creations Collaborative has provided employment for very low-income Hispanic women who otherwise would be homeless. The organization’s mission is to provide low-income women in New Mexico with opportunities to increase their financial security through good jobs with consistent income, workplace flexibility to accommodate their needs, and other family supports that include onsite affordable day care, leadership development and health care. This grant will support the collaborative’s efforts to continue creating job opportunities for low-income women after Mott funding has ceased.
