About this grant
CIVICUS: World Alliance for Citizen Participation is an international alliance of civil society organizations committed to strengthening citizen action and civil society globally. Since its establishment more than a decade ago, it has gained respect as the leading international network promoting the development of civil society throughout the world.This grant will enable CIVICUS to build on its previous work and expand its programs and activities to achieve greater impact. In particular, CIVICUS will endeavor to consolidate and enhance its core organizational capacities and systems in order to ensure its effectiveness and sustainability.
