About this grant
This grant will support the Philanthropy Roundtable’s efforts to connect individuals and organizations who share similar concerns in the field of philanthropy. It provides a variety of services including a national conference, regional meetings, publication of a bimonthly magazine, and consulting and referral services.Multiyear funding will enable the roundtable to develop the Alliance for Charitable Reform; convene a conference focusing on environmental grantmaking; continue to publish "Philanthropy" magazine; and convene annual conferences.Recent accomplishments included convening 15 roundtable meetings; hosting two annual meetings; and publishing "Philanthropy", as well as several guidebooks on foundation management.
