About this grant
This grant provides continued general purpose support to the Philanthropy Roundtable, a national association of individual donors, foundations, donor advisors, and corporate-giving programs. The roundtable works to foster excellence in philanthropy; protect philanthropic freedom; assist donors in achieving their philanthropic intent; and help donors advance liberty, opportunity, and personal responsibility in America and abroad. Significant accomplishments include convening numerous national conferences and regional meetings; publishing "Philanthropy" magazine and funder guidebooks; and creating breakthrough groups on the topics of K-12 education, conservation, and social equity. Grant funds will continue to support the aforementioned activities as well as the Alliance for Charitable Reform — a project dedicated to protect the freedom and philosophical diversity of foundations.
