About this grant
This grant continues support for the international community foundation fellows program of the City University of New York, housed within the university’s Center on Philanthropy and Civil Society. The fellows program provides young scholars and professionals from South Africa, Central/Eastern Europe, and other world regions with opportunities to learn about community foundations through an intensive three-month graduate program of research, seminars, conferences, mentoring, and internships. Participants are emerging leaders in the field of philanthropy and nonprofits in their home countries. Additionally, one fellow will represent an American minority community.
