About this grant
Native Americans in Philanthropy provides training, research and technical assistance for developing philanthropy in the Native American community, and works to raise awareness and understanding of the needs of Native Americans.Multiyear funding will enable the organization to pursue goals that include increasing membership; creating and enhancing sustainable products and programs that serve the needs of Native American philanthropic communities; providing opportunities for professional development and support for native people; advocating for native country issues; and developing policies and procedures for best business practices.Accomplishments during the past year included hiring a new executive director; relocating the main office; and developing a strategic plan to guide and establish priorities for the organization.
