About this grant
The project goal is to promote the values and accomplishments of local civic initiatives and the Croatian nonprofit sector in the media. Through production of reports that will be aired on Croatian national television and various independent television stations and at film festivals and other public forums, Incredibly Good Institution – FADE IN creates space in the mass media for discussion and reporting on civil society and encourages individuals and nongovernmental organizations to become active in their local communities by highlighting issues and success stories. In 2009-2010, the grantee will strengthen its core activities while developing sustainable, fee-generating services and products. Over the past two years, more than 250 short reports produced by the grantee on a range of topics have been aired on Croatian television. The grantee also produced public service announcements, documentary films, and a television series dealing with youth issues. The grantee is an independent, not-for-profit production company based in Zagreb.
