About this grant
Through the Fresh Water Leadership Initiative, the Institute for Conservation Leadership helps environmental leaders in the Great Lakes and Southeast strengthen their organizations through building organizational capacity and leadership skills. With renewal grant support, institute staff and consultants will continue to work with leaders, organizations, and networks to raise awareness of the benefits of and processes for organizational capacity building; assist groups in assessing their own capacity-building needs and their readiness to address those needs; and provide consulting, training, peer support, and other resources to assist organizations and/or leaders to increase their effectiveness.
