About this grant

This grant renewal will support continued research to examine the social and environmental impacts of trade agreements and economic integration in the Western Hemisphere. The Global Development and Economic Institute of Tufts University will contribute to the trade policy negotiation process through empirical research, continued collaboration with Mexican economists and academics, and expanded research collaborations with global experts and specialists in Latin America. Research findings will be disseminated in peer-reviewed research publications and to popular audiences and policymakers.
