About this grant

The Global Philanthropy program works to build the capacity of foundations and associations of grantmakers in developing regions. A key tool in foundation building is the program’s network of senior fellows. The fellows are advanced professionals in philanthropy who are deployed as peer consultants to emerging institutions and who serve as a global learning network and knowledge resource on foundations and philanthropy. This grant increase will support a four-day international meeting of the 47 senior fellows in Manila, Philippines, in July 2004.
