About this grant
This grant will support the Project on Race and Community Revitalization of the Aspen Institute’s Roundtable on Comprehensive Community Initiatives. The goal of the project is to expand the mission of the community-building field to include more attention to racial equity.Multiyear funding will enable the Roundtable to apply the structural racism analytical framework that it has developed during the past four years to help practitioners in the field of community change. Activities will include training community change leaders in the structural racism analysis and helping them apply the analysis to their work; extending the structural racism analysis to new areas of antipoverty and community change efforts; and creating tools for racial equity analysis and action.
