South Carolina Statewide Afterschool Network

About this grant

This grant will continue to support the South Carolina Afterschool Alliance Statewide Afterschool Network to strengthen and guide high quality, afterschool programming and policies for South Carolina’s children and youth, particularly low-income and hard-to-reach populations. This grantee is part of the first cohort of Mott-funded statewide afterschool networks. This renewal is an achievement grant, which continues to provide core support to the network, while also encouraging new ideas designed to align and integrate afterschool and education systems. Each network receiving an achievement grant is expected to share lessons learned and products with the national network of statewide afterschool networks.
