About this grant
The program goal is to promote and develop networking and collaboration among nonprofit support centers in Hungary. To this end, the Eastern-Hungarian Community Service Foundation will facilitate an informal network of 14 nonprofit support centers throughout Hungary to introduce national quality standards for nonprofit services, support joint marketing of nonprofit services, strengthen communication and interaction among nonprofit support centers in Hungary, and develop international cooperation with similar organizations in Europe. The network was established in 2000 to assist nonprofit support centers in fulfilling their mission, ensure cooperation among support centers, and represent their interests at the national level. The network’s past achievements include developing the capacity of network members, strengthening the network governance and operational procedures, and implementing joint publicity and advocacy initiatives on behalf of the network.
