About this grant
The Southern African NGO Network was founded in 1987 to provide information communications technologies products and services to civil society organizations in South Africa. It makes information communications technologies accessible and affordable for nonprofits and community-based organizations. The NGO Pulse and Prodder is a platform used by nonprofits to share information about developments in the sector and connect with other organizations on issues of common interest. Past support enabled the grantee to provide a comprehensive directory of nonprofits in the country, enhance the Website to make it more accessible, and provide updated information on issues related to civil society. This grant will support the grantee to continue to make information technology available to nonprofits and encourage dialogue on topical issues affecting civil society.
