Supporting Expanded Learning and Afterschool Research

About this grant

This grant will provide continued support to the Harvard Family Research Project at Harvard University in its efforts to build and support afterschool and expanded learning research, practices, and policies. Specifically, this project will: 1) continue to develop research briefs for program, systems, and policy improvements; 2) document and share new and effective approaches by schools and afterschool programs to expand learning opportunities; and 3) provide technical assistance as part of the Supporting Expanded Learning and Afterschool Research Project. Through this initiative, the grantee will continue to provide the field with credible and current information through effective communication strategies such as video, podcasts, and Webinars; and support the development of effective afterschool and expanded learning approaches.
