About this grant

The Georgia Wildlife Federation, the oldest and largest member-supported conservation organization in Georgia, helps coordinate a network of groups involved in the development and implementation of a statewide water management plan. Past accomplishments include: hosting and facilitating membership meetings, recruiting new members, enhancing internal and external communication practices, and regranting funds to member groups. With renewed Mott support, the federation will continue to play this important coordination role, as well as participate directly in the implementation of the statewide water management plan at the state, watershed, and local levels.
