The Capital Area United Way serves residents in the tricounty area of Clinton, Eaton and Ingham. The programs it funds help more than 120,000 residents each year. The new system will be evaluated by using surveys with volunteers, donors and partner agencies and by analyzing the availability of reports. The Capital Area United Way has been serving residents for 84 years and distributes funds to more than 66 partner human service agencies.
