About this grant
The International Financial Institutions Monitor works to improve the ability of non-governmental organizations in the region of Latin America to develop viable solutions to the problems caused by policies and practices of international financial institutions. By providing communications tools, and information and analysis in both English and Spanish, to non-governmental organizations, the project will greatly reduce the information gap that has hampered the effectiveness of international financial institution policy reform efforts jointly undertaken by grassroots, regional and international organizations. The project will also strengthen the ability of non-governmental organizations to deal effectively with their own governments.
