Georgia Statewide Afterschool Network

About this grant

This grant to Voices for Georgia’s Children will support the development of the Georgia Statewide Afterschool Network to continue to build an afterschool and summer learning system that improves outcomes for children and youth through school-based or school-linked afterschool programs. Over the next three years, the network will support the development of policy, partnerships, and funding to benefit youth in afterschool programs. The network’s specific initiatives will include: 1) creating a map and database to assist families in accessing afterschool and summer learning programs; 2) increasing the sustainability of the network; and 3) building systems of continuous improvement for afterschool programs.
