Pennsylvania Statewide Afterschool Network

About this grant

This grant will support the Center for Schools and Communities of the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit which coordinates the Pennsylvania Statewide Afterschool Network. Part of the third cohort of Mott-funded statewide afterschool networks, this network will continue its statewide partnership efforts to promote access to and the growth of sustainable, high quality out-of-school-time programs that promote positive youth development. The network will also partner with the Pennsylvania Department of Education to align out-of-school-time programs with school reform initiatives designed to boost student achievement, increase attendance, decrease dropout rates, and increase the number of students who graduate from college or are career-ready.
