About this grant
This multiyear grant will enable Michigan Future to develop and communicate policy recommendations to help Michigan better position itself as a leading-edge community and regain its footing in the global economy. To that end, Michigan Future will examine characteristics of successful regions around the country and engage key state leaders in debating which of those ideas will best help Michigan move forward. Michigan Futures is a non-partisan, nonprofit citizens organization dedicated to developing a shared vision of how Michigan can succeed in the new economy. To carry out this project, Michigan Futures assembled a diverse team of experts to implement the research agenda and a leadership council to provide overall project direction.
